Windfall is known worldwide as an innovative and original brand, which is re-defining the idea of chandelier.

Since founding the company in 2004 in Munich Roel Haagmans and  Clarissa Dorn have collaborated with architects and lighting designers on the likes of Italo Rota Architects (Milan) David Chipperfield Arch. (London), Jean Philippe Nuel (Paris), Reflexion (Zurich), HBA (Los Angeles), Bost Design (Berlin), Paul Steelman Design (Las Vegas) and many more.

Windafall’s marvellous products decorate hotels and fashion and jewerly boutiques all over the world, including Cartier, Mont Blanc and Roberto Cavalli boutiques.

Haagmans and Dorn were both designers for other companies before founding Windfall. The company is not only the result of years of experience but also the outcome of  a personal dream.

Today, the combination of modern materials with classic chandelier structures is quite common in lighting design, nevertheless Windfall went so deep in elaborating the concept that their products are real pieces of art, perfectly balanced between past and present.

Even though crystal is Windfall favourite material, their designs are also manufactured with other materials like Murano Glass, handmade antique glass, alabaster, aluminium, silicon, wood or silk, brass, stainless steel, 24 carat gold, nickel, chrome, silver plating, and antique finish in different combinations.

Winfall founders focused on the intense exploration of each matierials, to discover its full potential. Their deep technical konowledge allows them to be creative but also extremely efficient.

Treating the chandelier as a jewel is Windfall’s main innovation; ultramodern lighting systems are not always integrated in the chandelier but lit from above: just like a painting in a museum.
